Friday 4:00 – 6:00 PM	Final Eligibility Review	Final document, eligibility, and payment checks. The judging pool is frozen.
Friday Evening	Judging Assignments	Eligible applications assigned to three independent judges under blind review protocols.
Saturday Morning	Independent Judging	Judges score independently using the approved 100-point rubric. Scores locked upon submission.
Saturday Afternoon	Verification & Approval	Top-ranked applicant undergoes final verification; finance Maker/Checker approvals completed separately.
Saturday 4:00 PM	Recipient Announced	Final recipient is announced and the UGX 3,000,000 grant is awarded/disbursed under approved controls.
After Award	Monitoring Begins	Grant-use and impact monitoring starts; 30-day and 90-day follow-up reporting is scheduled.
